1. Introduction and who we are
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of goods through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Definitions
- Customer / you: the person placing an order
- Goods: the items offered for sale on our website
- Order: your request to purchase Goods
- Distance contract: a contract made without face-to-face contact, such as an online order
3. About the contract
When you order through our website, you enter into a distance selling contract governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.
4. Placing an order
You place an order by adding items to your basket and completing checkout. We will send an email confirming your order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for any amount already paid.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
6. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off)
For online orders, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your Goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is separate from, and in addition to, our voluntary 30-day return window. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them within 30 days, or to request a repair or replacement. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
11. Size and fit
Please check the measurements on each product page and our Size Guide & Fit before ordering. If an item does not fit, it can be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
12. Materials and care
Material composition and care information are provided on each product page. For more on how our products are sourced, see our Sustainability & Sourcing page.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. None of this affects your statutory rights.
14. Intellectual property
The content of our website, including text, images, and our brand name, is our property or used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.
15. Personal data
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@aanchalfashions.co.uk so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it together, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the online dispute resolution process.
17. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund.
