1. Who we are

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver orders placed with Aanchal Fashions.

2. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not yet available.

3. Delivery times

Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

4. Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-delivery threshold that applies will also be shown at checkout.

6. Couriers

We dispatch orders using established UK couriers. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size and destination of your parcel.

7. Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

8. Failed or missed delivery

If delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will follow their standard process, which may include leaving a card or attempting redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you; a redelivery charge may apply for repeated failed attempts.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@aanchalfashions.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund, normally within 7 working days.

10. Incorrect delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by you, a redelivery charge may apply.
